Skin rash is the medical explanation
for inflammation or break out of the skin due to a variety of reasons; like an
allergic reaction to pollution, pollens, temperature changes, use of products
like soaps, perfumes or creams, or even insect bites. It could even be an
allergic reaction to something ingested. Some of the common food items which
cause allergic reactions are nuts, eggs, seafood and peanuts. The skin rash could either be spread over the
body or may be restricted to specific areas. Sometimes the skin rash can cause
itching, swelling, burning or blisters and may need proper medical treatment to
cure it. But most of the times, the minor rashes can be treated at home with
ingredients found commonly in the kitchen.
